The LEEDER METER is made of clear plastic and is the same size as the existing leader pipe. It is about 15 inches long and has a flexible top to allow removal of internal debris screen.The function of this innovative invention is three folds.
- It allows the system to monitor the flow of rain water in real time from the above gutters;
- It also collects any and all debris that can clog the under ground drainage (or downspout itself,) system;
- It allows you to monitor the flow of rain water in real time in your underground drainage system.
